TNI LifeForce is the most automated SEM compatible nanomanipulation system on the market. It is the only system that provides repeatable, drift free, closed-loop nano positioning inside SEM.

SEM COMPATIBLE

Can be installed into most SEMs. Load-lock compatible version is available upon request.
