TNI NFS is an ultra-high resolution force sensing probe. It can be used in air, liquid, or vacuum environment. The small packaging and plug-and-play setup makes it the most versatile force sensor on market. 

   FORCE SENSING

  • Resolution: 5 nN at 1kHz

  • Range: +/- 400 µN

  • Accuracy: 20 nN

  • Drift: <20 nN/minute

   DISPLACEMENT SENSING

  • Range: 0.1 nm at 1kHz

  • Range: +/- 7 µm

  • Accuracy: 0.5 nm

  • Drift: <0.5 nm/minutes
